SAP Testing Lead

Manage and deliver quality for S/4 HANA implementation or upgrade or conversion programs
Design / create and implement test strategies for large SAP programs (Implementation, Upgrade and S/4 Transformation)
Develop test strategies, test approaches for entire program and be independent quality SPOC for the project team
Perform analysis for automation testing, performance testing, and integration testing for large SAP program
Perform end to end testing of SAP systems and ensure the integration between various modules is functioning correctly
Developing an Automation Framework for UI as well as APIs from Scratch or making major enhancements to existing frameworks, especially with Tricentis Tosca
Reviews, monitors, and summarizes the progress of project testing activities
Identify, register, plan and mitigate risks and clearly share them with stakeholders
Striving for efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
Attending daily scrums

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field with 8-10+ years total exp
10+ years of experience testing systems upstream and downstream to SAP by verifying integration points during testing
Experience in test management tools like ALM, ADO, JIRA, Qtest etc
Identification of Scenarios Design, Preparing the Automation Test Plan, and Development of Test Scripts using Automation tools, especially Tosca
Hands-on experience in defect logging, tracking, and verifying defects. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow-up with Development and other cross-functional teams
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solving, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks
Domain experience on Oil and Gas, Hydrocarbon, refineries.
